With Captain Jack casino, sometimes I get the message on the casino’s web page saying that Captain Jack is unavailable for players in my area, even though I have already created an account before. They denied my first withdrawal apparently I redeemed more than one bonus on spins not that I cashed any out. Took all my winnings asked for verification deposit I did that then denied withdrawal claimed they started me fresh so technically last transaction was a deposit player status even shows depositor. So I had a free promo from email and won again and yep denied withdrawal to many free chips. What! My last transaction was a deposit. Well I guess verification deposits don’t count. Whatever they requested the deposit they count at other casinos just more bs. However at this time if they refreshed my acct or whatever I’ve only redeemed one free chip so what’s the issue? I have not received Dollar one yet and the only thing thats been accomplished was an approval for 1 withdraw for 2400. I have 4 more sitting there at 2500 a piece. I was already verified so I just don’t understand why every other c casino gets me by money instantly or worse case 3 biz data why this is going to take months to get it I ever get anything at all. And let me tell you the stipulations are ridiculous . So if you deposit 35 dollars and lose , you get a percentage of that back which is 14 something. Then you have to reach a certain amount in order to actually obtain this money and it gets switched from your bonus money to actually money AND THEN you’ll get 10 times the amount you had originally gotten back. Which equals to 140 or something like that. But let me tell you in order to cash out it has to be at least 200. So basically you’re stuck in limbo good luck!

It is an International check. According to the casino you can only deposit the check not cash it. Also… my withdrawal request was $500.00 but my check arrived, it was only $295.00 and they tried to say it was for a withdrawal managers fee? bottom line, Please save yourself the trouble, and avoid this casino. Captain Jack doesn’t offer 15 days of free spins for depositing. A down side for me. They also don’t offer at all the Progressive Jackpots like Planet 7 and Silver Oak. Haven’t won since that’s the least I deposit at even though I’m level 1 VIP. Customer service has always been fine to me.

After they cut me off the bonuses, I kept playing and winning (Video Poker). Then all of a sudden for no reason I attempted a deposit only to find the minimum and maximum deposit amounts (those small numbers above the deposit box) were set to $1 each. The tell me it’s their processors doing it. Of course we all know that’s bullshit and they won’t do anything about it. Oh well time to move on. They should close the casino if they don’t want to pay out when the time comes. I played honest, followed the rules, was polite. Never abused bonuses…. That tells you what kind of people run this casino.

What i learned was that it’s much easier to get paid if you don’t take any bonuses. Taking a bonus only gives them more chances to catch you on some hidden detail and not pay. Like I said the chat staff sometimes misleads you. Maybe not intentionally always but over simplifying statements like the term “cashable” when if fact there’s some restriction that conflicts with that.

Yes it did take forever to get paid and yes the support staff does intentionally try to mislead you but they paid me every time. BUT having said all that, they suddenly put a limit of $1 minimum and $1 maximum on my deposits for no reason other than I have won there a lot. I never took bonuses, never got mad or insulted the support staff. Never threatened them. Always followed the rules and always patiently waited for my money. I even praised them here as a place that always paid and took a lot of heat for it I might add. This should be an important indicator of what kind of management this place has. Of course they blame the processor for those limits and insist there’s nothing they can do. I just want to play and I’ll take my chances, come on guys

Although it’s still on the black list of casinos to avoid, I did get some great bonuses there and managed to win quite a bit. Unlike my experience over a year ago with the Virtual group being slow pay, they actually paid me in a few weeks instead of two months. Eventually I was restricted from taking the no restriction bonuses and had to move on, but I would go there again if I were able to get those bonuses. Also I never had a problem any of their 10 checks.

Have 2 approved withdawls and have yet to get either, been over 2 months! Keep getting run around and nobody seems to know anything.
